Christmas Pudding with Annie Gray – 3pm session

A hands-on workshop with food historian Dr Annie Gray, where you'll learn how the Victorians invented Christmas as we know it, then make your own classic Victorian Christmas pudding to take home and cook. The ticket price includes pudding ingredients and string, muslin etc. to prepare the puddings, plus drinks and mince pies.
